Hi Beauty, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: Are you walking a path—or wandering?
I am very aware of where I’m going. I’m learning to enjoy my path, no matter the ups or downs. When you’re following a path, there’s never a straight shot to your destination without a stoplight, a bump in the road, or someone cutting you off. There’s always something; that’s why it’s best to stay in your lane and take your time. I don’t rush through things because the challenges are there for me to experience and learn from. The main thing to remember is to keep going and never give up.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Of course! My name is Beauty Hallback. I am originally from Orlando, Florida. I am the founder and owner of Beauty’s Management Solutions LLC. BMS is a premier development platform committed to empowering aspiring entrepreneurs by equipping them with the professional skills and personal habits needed for long-term success across various industries. At BMS, we specialize in nurturing talent and preparing individuals to thrive in dynamic, competitive environments. Our comprehensive training programs focus on developing the confidence, discipline, and business acumen essential for a wide range of professional endeavors. Whether our entrepreneurs pursue careers in fashion, media, entertainment, or beyond, BMS provides the structure and support to help them reach their full potential.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
In my experience, I’ve been in some tough situations, especially in relationships with people. When you are kind-hearted and giving, you expect to be treated the way you treat others, but it doesn’t always happen that way. Growing up, I realized that people will manipulate you and make you feel worthless when you’re worth more than gold. When you are special, some people try to make you feel less than that. That’s why it’s so important to prioritize yourself and be self-aware. Once upon a time, I lacked self-awareness, and it almost cost me my life. Now in every BMS program or project I preach self-love because I wouldn’t be where I am now if I continued to ignore myself and my potential.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
I know you’ve heard the saying, “the struggle is real,” and it’s true. Struggles humble you and help you appreciate what you have, as you understand what it feels like not to have it. When you’re suffering, you need a certain resilience to keep going, especially when things seem to keep getting worse. Stay focused on your goals and remember why you’re pursuing your dreams.

Through our program, participants are trained and prepared to engage in a variety of high-profile
opportunities, including modeling campaigns, commercials, television appearances, photo shoots, news
interviews, and fashion shows. Every individual trained by BMS is not only equipped with practical
industry skills but also represents the core mission, vision, and values of our company. I hear many ideas from the executives and students involved with BMS, and I take them all into consideration. I love to execute their thoughts because we are all like-minded and driven for success. If they have an idea to elevate the business while we uplift each other, that’s exactly what we’ll do.

Being an entrepreneur is the biggest risk you can take because it’s truly a bet on yourself. It involves using your gifts and talents to create and earn an income from what you love. We are all created with a purpose, and mine is to inspire entrepreneurs to pursue their passions. With every contract I type, proposal I draft, and registration I open, I know I am fulfilling my calling.
