An Inspired Chat with Raginald Paz | DogDad | ITGuy | Foodie | Traveler | Collector |

We recently had the chance to connect with Raginald Paz | DogDad | ITGuy | Foodie | Traveler | Collector | and have shared our conversation below.

Raginald, really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
Integrity is my superpower. It means I do the right thing, even when no one’s watching. I like being someone people can trust, and it feels good knowing I’m true to myself. Life’s too short to be someone I am not — integrity keeps me real, grounded, and proud of who I am!

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi! I’m a toy collector, IT professional, and proud dog dad to four adorable Frenchies. By day, I dive into the world of technology, solving problems and keeping things running smoothly. After hours, I’m on the hunt for the coolest toys, unboxing blind boxes, and sharing my collection with fellow enthusiasts online. My Frenchies are my loyal (and often mischievous) sidekicks who love to join in on the fun! I’m passionate about combining my love of tech and toys to bring a little joy, nostalgia, and creativity to everything I do.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
My earliest memory of feeling powerful was when I decided to live life true to who I am, not what society expects. The moment I stopped worrying about fitting into a mold and started embracing what makes me me, I felt a sense of freedom and strength. Choosing to follow my own path, not someone else’s idea of success, is what made me feel powerful for the first time.

What fear has held you back the most in your life?
The fear that’s held me back the most has been the fear of not being accepted for who I truly am. For a long time, I worried about what others would think if I showed my real self. But I’ve learned that what matters most is accepting yourself, and everything else starts there. When you embrace who you are, you stop living for other people’s approval and start living for your own happiness. That shift changed everything for me.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What’s a cultural value you protect at all costs?
A cultural value I protect at all costs is compassion. You never know what someone else is going through, and a little kindness can make a big difference. I believe in treating everyone with understanding and empathy, because compassion creates a more supportive world for all of us.

Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. Could you give everything your best, even if no one ever praised you for it?
Yes, I could absolutely give everything my best, even if no one ever praised me for it. For me, the real satisfaction comes from staying consistent and committed to the work I do, regardless of whether anyone notices or gives praise. Knowing I gave my all is enough.
