Check Out Aubree Glover’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Aubree Glover.

Hi Aubree, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I’m a southern model and creative born and raised in Orlando, Florida. Ever since I could walk, my mother would tell me that she always knew I would become a model or even an actress because I was always in front of the camera. At a young age, I was put into a school called Lisa Maile to better my skills within the industry. Growing up, I received a lot of compliments on my looks which led to a lot of unwanted attention from family members and others. Because of the horrific events that occurred within my life, I suffer from severe anxiety, depression, and PTSD. My life could be completely different if I allowed my past to detect my future; instead I allowed it to all be my testimony. You look at me now, I have been published four times, I have been a part of movies and tv shows; as well as participated in numerous photoshoots. To this day, I still pursue my modeling career, taking things slow after becoming a mother within my prime year. I am now a growing social media influencer, a rising model and the owner of a new skincare brand, Babyface. With the years to come, I pray to grow as a creative, model and entrepreneur.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Working towards being a successful model is never a smooth road. As a human, dealing with her own personal issues and then accepting rejection when putting myself out there within the industry. To be a model, you needed to be a certain size and look a certain way; because of that I did not always get chosen for particular gigs. On top of that, I had mental issues I was trying so hard to overcome, which put me behind in accomplishing my goals within my modeling career…

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am an aspiring model and influencer, growing more every day. I plan on getting back into my modeling next year, big plans ahead. In the past I have influenced others with advice or just by voicing my own truth. I am currently focusing on growing a bigger audience on all social media platforms and to come out with a YouTube channel once I get all the equipment together.

We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking.
I believe if you’d ever get far in life, it takes a risk for you to get there. No one knows where their destination is, that’s the point of the journey, for you to get there. For example, I took a big move to Atlanta, GA to further pursue my modeling career. Everything and everyone that I knew I was leaving in Florida so I could live out my dreams. This was a big risk for me because I didn’t know where this decision would take me or even if it was a good decision.
