Cassy, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
After eight years in the automotive industry and no longer enjoying what I did, I knew I had to take a chance to make a change. I started this journey working out of my spare bedroom at home, all while still working my full-time job. After the birth of my son and finding out I would be raising him as a single mom, I decided to go all in. From renting space at a salon part-time to now a full functioning salon owner in just four years! This is only the beginning!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Nothing worth having comes easy. There are always highs and lows. I feel like that’s normal as an entrepreneur. It’s what you do when things get tough that set you apart from the rest. Consistency is everything!
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am the Master Cosmetic Tattoo Artist at Branded Beauty Bar, the salon that I own! I specialize in eyebrows, lip blush, eyeliner tattoo, waxing, tinting and more. I like to bring authenticity into my craft, always being true to my craft. I think what sets me apart from others is my dedication to cater to ALL types of clients, not just the styles that I prefer, but most importantly my work ethic! I truly love what I do, and it shows.
