Hi Daisy, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
What began as a creative outlet after son was born in 2022 quickly grew into something much more. EJ All Things Crafty started in a small corner of my home—just me, a passion for making beautiful cups by hand, and a desire to bring joy through creativity. I started by experimenting with different crafts, from personalized gifts to home décor, and slowly began sharing my work online and with friends and family.
The first few sales were exciting and encouraging. I poured every ounce of time and effort into learning more—whether it was improving my techniques, figuring out how to price products fairly, or navigating the world of social media marketing. I faced my fair share of challenges, from sourcing materials to juggling orders and life responsibilities, but each step taught me something valuable. Now we create customs cups, shirts, tumblers, pens, and anything in between.
What sets EJ All Things Crafty apart is the heart behind every item. I don’t just create crafts—I create moments, memories, and meaningful pieces for others to enjoy. Word of mouth, returning customers, and the support of my growing community helped me turn this passion into a small but thriving business.
Today, EJ All Things Crafty continues to grow. I’ve expanded my product range, connected with other creatives, and even participated in local markets. I’m proud of how far the business has come, and I’m excited for what’s ahead. This journey has been full of learning, growth, and creativity—and I’m just getting started.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has been a smooth road aside growing the capital for the best but that may be everyone’s struggle when they first start.

With a strong background in finance and customer service, I currently serve as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor at Holiday Inn Club Vacations, where I oversee the daily operations of the AR department. My role involves managing a team responsible for billing, collections, and cash applications, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions that support the company’s goals.
Over the years, I’ve developed expertise in process improvement, team leadership, and financial reporting. I work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve account discrepancies, streamline workflows, and maintain a high standard of customer service. I take pride in mentoring my team, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving performance through clear communication and goal setting.
My professional journey has been built on a foundation of accountability, problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement. These qualities have allowed me to grow within the organization and contribute meaningfully to both operational success and the customer experience.
Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
My advice would be to continue pushing through all the struggles as there’s always light at the end of the tunnel. It only gets better from there on up.
