Check Out Dakota Baldwin’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dakota Baldwin

Hi Dakota, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My passion for photography came to me back in 2013, I was attending Keefe Technical High School, we had a photography class which I took to be very intriguing. After high school I was taking pictures although I didn’t take it too serious at first the passion was always there I remember running to the top of parking garages to catch beautiful sceneries of the sky. There was always times like this when I would catch the fog off the water with ducks swimming or even hawks with their pray sometimes things can’t be explained you got to see it to believe it so capturing those moments to me is always rewarding. I would say i didn’t really take photography serious until I moved to Florida 2021, with all of its beauty I couldn’t waste anytime, not knowing what camera to buy I’ve been sticking with phones like Galaxy AO3S, GALAXY S15, IPHONE 8+, and more. My goal is to take millions of photos and open a gallery maybe even a eatery where you can come and enjoy art music and food. As of right now I have about 900 photos and counting and plan on having many many more. I currently moved back to Boston and expecting my first born child, Can’t wait to see where the rest of my journey takes me

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Florida wasn’t always promising being scammed out of 2 apartments and living out of motels was challenging, though we got out of that situation since then and renting a house to having the best of times and now being back In my hometown was worth the while I was able to catch most of Orlando’s beauty and share it with you all

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
My names Dakota I’m a photographer, graphic desiner and artist. My proudest achievement is my photo called The Daisy and the Bee although I wasn’t reward or receive the attention I would’ve like it’s my best photo out of about 900 What sets me apart from other photographers is my creativity everything to me can be turned to a photo

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
In the next five to ten years I see me selling my photos everywhere wether it’s notebooks to decals on cars, having my own store front or shop even teaching kids how to take photos and travel the world
