Hi Darrin, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Born and raised in New York City the Bronx specifically started off as a dancer who was inspired by a developing hip-hop era which was utilized to catapult me into entertainment at 21 years old. Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I don’t believe that there are smooth roads to success. I believe the roads have bumps in them because those are the growing pains we need in order to grow. You have to experience some pain, there’s always a level of difficulty that will show up to challenge your ability to grow, to prove your value, your self-worth. Through it all you can develop into whatever desired direction you choose for yourself… Welcome the obstacles, I tell people they are there to assist you in your growth.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?

What does success mean to you?
I defined success as the ability to do what you love on a consistent basis. The man who builds houses, The teacher who loves teaching, The football player who loves playing football, The actor who gets to put his and her emotional work on-screen, Someone who does what they love doing and does it daily is successful.
