Orchid Lawn Care and Design was born from a moment of reflection—one that sparked a bigger purpose.
“After a long day working for someone else, I stood beside my wife at our bathroom mirror and said, ‘I’m tired.’ She looked at me and asked, ‘Tired of what?’ I said, ‘Tired for us.’ That moment stuck with me. I realized I wasn’t just exhausted—I was ready. Ready to invest my energy into something that reflected our values, our vision, and our future. That’s when I committed to building Orchid Lawn Care and Design. It wasn’t just about landscaping—it was about ownership, purpose, and creating something that lasts.” That simple conversation planted the seed for a business we could truly call our own.
With over 20 years of experience in sales and customer service, and 5 years in landscaping, I had both the passion and expertise to build something meaningful. From the beginning, I took on the hands-on work, client care, and creative vision that have shaped every corner of Orchid Lawn Care.
This remains a family effort. My wife—an accomplished professional with a bachelor’s degree in business and recent training in hospital-based management—contributes invaluable insight and quiet guidance behind the scenes. Her 15 years in sales give us the edge in understanding what clients truly need, and how to deliver it with care.
Together, we believe in the power of nature to bring peace, pride, and joy to the homes we touch. Every garden, every yard, every space is treated with the respect and creativity it deserves.

From the beginning, this wasn’t about routine lawn maintenance—we don’t mow. We specialize in design, installation, and irrigation, focusing on long-term impact and personalized environments.
Building this business took a leap of faith—and a serious financial investment. Every dollar went toward high-quality materials, equipment, and the kind of branding that reflects true professionalism. I wanted people to see that we weren’t just another lawn crew—we’re a thoughtful, hands-on design company rooted in integrity.
It hasn’t been a solo journey, either. My wife brings strategic insight and unwavering support, while my son Peter lends his time and heart on his days off. Working with family adds purpose to the process—it’s not just about business, it’s about legacy.
