Today we’d like to introduce you to Denisse Camacho.
Hi Denisse, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I did not ask to be a Realtor-I stumbled into it. I was offered a position as an admin. assistant for Inspired Lifestyle Realty. I worked alongside two excellent real estate brokers and learned a lot about the business. I loved the business and after 2 years in the position, I decided to pursue my real estate license. In 2018, I passed my exam and was officially licensed, as a real estate agent. In January 2019, Inspired Lifestyle Realty merged with Real Estate Sales Force LLC and I became an RESF agent.
In 2021, I decided to bring my services to central Florida and have found that I can provide the same great service to families as well. It has been a journey full of obstacles and learning. I have become one of the best service agents in South Florida and have acquired a surmountable amount of experience and knowledge. That I owe to all the agents I have worked with in my years in this industry. I greatly believe that from every interaction you take the good and learn from the bad.
Learning to negotiate with other agents and sellers. Finding the middle ground is what works best. I want the deal to bring a positive experience to all parties involved, it creates a smooth and fair transaction for my clients. That is why I have become a great legal representative for my investors, buyers, and sellers. I take my fiduciary responsibility seriously.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am a Realtor®. My profession entails so many things but mainly I serve as a fiduciary representative to buyers and sellers of real estate. I work alongside professionals from all over the Real Estate industry to accomplish the sale or purchase of properties for individuals. I love the cherry on top which is giving the keys to the first-time homebuyers and setting them on an amazing journey of home ownership. I also revisit my clients to see if they would love to invest and give my most expert opinion.
I care deeply for others and I’m a believer that everyone falls in the path of others to make a difference, I make sure that I touch everyone’s lives with a positive effect. After every transaction, all my clients become my friends and family and I am available anytime to answer questions and give my expert opinion. I still have contact with my very first buyer and continue to have contact with all my past clients.
That is a feat on its own and a service that not many agents offer.
We all have different ways of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
When you find yourself financially independent and with a book of business that makes you proud. Seeing the impact of your work on the generations that follow and seeing that your advice has made a difference in others.
Seeing the growth of people that you interact and do business with as well as growing yourself is what success looks like. My family and I sleep deeply and peacefully at night.
