Hi Duhhhh, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
As cliche as it may sound. It all began with a passion for fashion. The beauty of expressing myself through what I wear, no matter my mood, opened up a world I never thought possible – connecting with incredible clients, working with models, and even stepping into the spotlight at runway shows. Growing up, I found myself torn between being a tomboy, a girly girl, or blending the two, and no matter the style, I always received compliments and encouragement. That support sparked the journey to create “Duh,” a brand that celebrates both sides and everything in between. Here at Duh, we embrace all vibes, because fashion should be as unique and diverse as you are.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Let’s be real, nothing worth having comes smoothly. Every journey faces its challenges, but through it all, my goal has always been to stay true to myself. “Duh” was never about seeking clout or validation; it’s built from the heart. Whether the world loves what you do or not, always show up as your authentic self, is the main message the brand brings to the forefront. In the end, the only approval you need is your own, just as long as you’re spreading positivity and not harm. Stay fabulous, stay you.

At Duh, we embrace a little bit of everything. Our merch designs capture a laid-back, cool comfort vibe, while our custom bold pieces make a statement. As a Certified Industrial Seamstress, I’m passionate about creating stunning dresses and one-of-a-kind pieces, but my expertise also spans everything from stylish bathing suits to chic sets. Whatever your style, I’m here to bring your vision to life with passion and craftsmanship.
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
Before becoming a designer, one of my most cherished childhood memories was the first time I was asked to style someone for their 16th birthday party. It felt like such a groundbreaking moment for me. The person who asked was a close friend at that time, and I had never felt so seen and appreciated. To have someone recognize and value the way I expressed myself through fashion, and then to ask for my help on such a special day, was truly heartwarming and unforgettable. It was for sure one of the major highlights that sparked my passion for styling and design.
