Today we’d like to introduce you to Fredrecia Holton.
Fredrecia, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I didn’t wake up one day and decide, “I want to be a Confidence Coach.” It was a journey that started long before I ever put a title to it.
For years, I worked in healthcare, supporting patients as a pharmacy care coordinator. Every conversation wasn’t just about prescriptions — it was about people. I saw how fear, self-doubt, and insecurity could affect not just health decisions but every part of someone’s life. And quietly, I started encouraging, reminding people of their strength, and helping them believe in themselves again.
At the same time, I witnessed many women plaguing their insecurities on others. Writing my book Dear Miss Insecurity became a turning point. Putting my words on paper opened the door for others to say, “This is me and I can heal in private.” That was when I realized my voice had power, and more importantly, it had purpose.
From there, people began reaching out — first for advice, then for guidance, and eventually for coaching. Confidence Coaching wasn’t something I chose; it chose me. It grew out of my helping people out their struggles, my professional background in care, and my desire to see people walk in the fullness of who they are without apology.
Today, when I coach, I’m not just teaching tools — I’m walking with people through their journey. I know what it feels like when people try and divert their insecurities. I also know what it feels like to rise above it. My passion is helping others get to that place of freedom, courage, and confidence.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Challenges is getting people to stay focused on their goals and removing themselves from toxic environments. Getting rid of limited beliefs.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am both a Confidence Coach and a Data Analyst, passionate about helping people and organizations grow. In analytics, I thrive on collecting data, uncovering patterns, streamlining processes, solving problems, and delivering actionable insights that drive measurable results. As a coach, I bring the same curiosity and problem-solving mindset to people — empowering them with creative strategies to overcome challenges, build confidence, and unlock their potential. I’m recognized for blending analytical thinking with a creative, people-focused approach to inspire growth and transformation.
I am most proud of being the light in someone else’s darkness and being that key to unlock their imprisoned mindset.
What sets me apart is the unique blend of analytical precision and human-centered coaching. As a Data Analyst, I know how to collect facts, identify patterns, and design solutions that create measurable results. As a Confidence Coach, I know how to inspire, motivate, and help people believe in their own potential. Together, these skills allow me to not only solve problems and streamline processes, but also to empower individuals and organizations to grow with confidence, clarity, and creativity.
What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is growth — both in people and in organizations. I believe every challenge is an opportunity to learn, improve, and become stronger. Whether I’m analyzing data to uncover solutions or coaching someone to break free from insecurity, my goal is the same: to help others move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Seeing growth — in results, in mindset, in impact — is what fuels my work and my passion.
