Today we’d like to introduce you to India Little.
Hi India, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
I moved down to Florida from NC right after graduating college in 2019. I shortly began working for a company in the hospitality industry in South Florida before transferring to Central Florida in 2020. Working as a bartender, I developed a passion for the craft of mixology and have started doing my own events as a private bartender.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s been a smooth road but at the same time, I’ve been fortunate enough to not have to struggle very much. Of course, as you go through life, you’re always going to have to make changes to improve based on your previous experiences, and I think that those lessons and improvements are essential in reaching success in whatever journey you’re on.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
With a couple of private events as a bartender under my belt, I am currently seeking new ways to develop my craft when it comes to cocktail recipes, entertainment, and bar design/layout.
Who else deserves credit in your story?
I definitely consider myself self-motivated but I’ve always had a great support system every step of the way.
