Check Out Jessica Vine’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jessica Vine

Jessica, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Sure! My story is a bit of a rollercoaster—but the kind where you scream a little, laugh a lot, and get off the ride stronger than when you got on. I’m Jessica Lauren Vine—COO, content creator, and all around positivity champion.

I started out as a writer and editor. I loved the craft, but I didn’t love the way some companies treated people—so I walked away. It was scary, but it was also the moment I realized I’d never settle again for anything that didn’t align with who I am. From there, I found myself in the real estate world, where I learned to thrive under pressure, speak up even when it wasn’t popular, and create opportunities where there weren’t any.

Fast-forward to now: I help build businesses that make real money and a real difference. I’ve coached business owners through their bottlenecks, built systems that keep companies growing, and mentored people who thought they were stuck until they realized they just needed the right nudge (and sometimes a kick in the butt—lovingly, of course).

At the same time, I’m building my own brand to help high achievers live their someday dreams together—so they can build the lives they want without sacrificing their time, sanity, or family. Because success shouldn’t come at the cost of everything else you love.

I’m still evolving, still learning—but now I do it unapologetically and with a whole lot of heart.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Ohhh definitely not a smooth road—and honestly, I don’t think I’d trust one that was.

There have been plenty of bumps, detours, and moments where I seriously questioned if I was doing the right thing. I’ve had seasons where I felt like I was constantly fighting to prove my value—whether it was in corporate roles, during difficult partnerships, or even to myself. I’ve walked away from jobs that didn’t align with my values, navigated the stress of financial uncertainty, and wrestled with the internal pressure to be everything for everyone—mom, wife, leader, visionary, therapist… you get it.

One of my biggest struggles was learning how to trust myself. I used to overthink everything. I felt like if I didn’t get it perfect, I’d somehow ruin everything. And when you’re building a business, raising a family, and trying not to lose yourself in the chaos? That pressure gets heavy fast.

But every hard season taught me something. I’ve learned to reframe fear, embrace discomfort, and let go of perfectionism. I’ve had to get real about boundaries, money, identity, and what success actually looks like for me—not just what it looks like on paper.

So, no, it hasn’t been smooth. But it’s been real. And that’s where the magic happens.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I specialize in helping real estate investment companies scale—building out high-performing teams, creating efficient systems, and making sure no money is left on the table. I’m known for spotting bottlenecks in businesses and turning chaos into clarity. Whether it’s sales processes, team communication, or big-picture growth strategy—I come in, assess the gaps, and then help fill them in a way that works long-term.

Up until recently, I was COO of a 7-figure real estate company. I poured everything into that role but ultimately realized that the company didn’t want to grow—and that no amount of strategy or hustle could fix misalignment in vision and values. So, I made the decision to walk away from something that had become comfortable that I was used to in order to run the team at Phoenix Horizon Homes and launch the acquisition arm of the company with people who were aligned with what I stand for.

The company I’m with now is in the same industry, doing the same work—but the difference is the mission. We’re building a company rooted in RISE—Resilience, Integrity, Service, and Excellence. And I’m not just here to clock in and do a job—I’m here to build something that lasts, helps the community, and makes a difference in multiple ways—financially but also with helping others RISE to become the next best version of themselves.

What sets me apart is that I don’t just focus on ONLY strategy—I care deeply about the humans behind the business. I’m not afraid to have hard conversations, call out misalignment, or challenge how things have always been done. I’ve been told I have a knack for saying the thing everyone’s thinking but won’t say out loud—just with a little more empathy and a touch of sass.

What I’m most proud of, though? It’s not just the revenue I’ve helped companies bring in. It’s watching leaders step into their power, teams finally flow together, and business owners breathe again because they know they’re building something sustainable.

We love surprises, fun facts and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
Something that might surprise people is that, for someone who’s constantly leading, coaching, building systems, and getting results—I’ve actually had to work really hard to believe I deserve success. On the outside, I come across as confident, driven, and strategic (and I am), but behind the scenes, I’ve battled some serious inner doubt.

Most people don’t know that I’m not just naturally fearless—I’ve had to build that resilience over time. I’ve had to quiet the inner voice that says, “Who do you think you are?” and replace it with one that says, “You were made for this.”

Another thing people don’t usually know is how much I love helping others bring their creative visions to life—especially the people closest to me. My husband Joe has been working on a fantasy novel, and I’m his biggest cheerleader. I help him by reading and giving honest feedback. I’m incredibly proud of him, and I see that book being published one day and impacting a lot of people.

Helping others dream big—whether it’s through a business, a book, or a total reinvention—is one of my favorite things in the world. It’s what I was born to do.
