Today we’d like to introduce you to Luana Leventhal.
Hi Luana, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I got started in real estate a bit by accident! My then-boyfriend and now husband signed me up for the class without my knowing while I was in school and working two jobs. I started in new construction about four weeks later. I then moved on to property management and eventually landed in full-time residential real estate.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has definitely had some detours and speed bumps, but I honestly wouldn’t change a thing. Facing challenges head-on is the best way to learn and grow, and my career has definitely been shaped by that.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am truly relationships focused and really love to dig into and be a part of my community. I love that most of my clients become friends and being a part of their family, going to birthdays, weddings and watching their lives change in the homes I sell. It is truly the best privilege to experience.
Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
I love that we really have something for everyone! Besides the traffic of course, unless you’re into that sort of thing. From theme parks to restaurants to shows and state parks, we really do have it all.
