Check Out Michelle And Brandon Schwab’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Michelle And Brandon Schwab.

Michelle and Brandon, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
After walking through many markets, early in our move to Florida, I had noticed there were no “FUN” mobile coffee vendors. When we bought our home I built a coffee bar and served some fun coffee recipes during all of our Bible studies and teenager gatherings as well as family functions. After playing with the idea for about 5 years I decided that I would try my hand at some cold brew. Once I foudn the coffee I liked I started to make fun cold brew coffees for all the teenagers (we hosted bible study) and all my dear freinds. I was told many times that I needed to “take this on the road,’ so this is what I did. We started a Mobile Cold Brew Coffee Speciality Stand. The name came from some fun old time slang terms and the logo well that was born from our dear friend Joe. As he sat a drank his flight and I talked about the idea.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has not been a smooth road , but I trust Christ in all the timing. Struggles would be budgeting. Building out the trailer within a budget. Finding product that fits your desire and taste. and WAITING for those BIG event to fall into place. ALso time. finding that balance with family and work and the business. As I still work fulltime at the hospital.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I grew up on food service with my dad being the driver of that boat. I didnt go to far off that line when I went to college to be a Respiratory Therapist. I thrive in a serving compacity and on adrenalin. My Husband follwoed in my footsteps and went to school to be a Respiratory Therapist as well. I have worked in many different specilites from Home Care to ED Trauma to NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care) and PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care). I would say NICU is my favorite and I wuld say GOD built me for this. Not many people can do that work but my faith in Christ keeps me grounded in his miracles.

What matters most to you?
Christ. He drives this boat, Im along for the ride. Something I had to learn as a “control freak.”
