Check Out Natalia Gil’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Natalia Gil.

Hi Natalia, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
After being a stay-at-home mom for nearly two years, I felt a strong calling to begin a new chapter—one that would allow me the flexibility to remain present in my children’s lives while also contributing financially to our home. I was searching for a supportive team where I could truly feel like I belonged, and where I’d have the tools to build a thriving business.
In November 2022, I joined The Figueroa Team, and my life has completely transformed. I’ve always had a passion for helping others and a natural ability to connect with people and their stories. I didn’t know that I’d find such purpose and fulfillment in real estate.
It took a mindset shift and a lot of personal growth to build the confidence I needed—but now, I can genuinely say that I love what I do.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The journey hasn’t been easy. In the beginning, I was juggling life with a one-year-old and a two-year-old, trying to manage a schedule that worked for my family while building a business. My family has always been my first ministry, and it’s important to me that their needs are never placed on the back burner.
I didn’t expect how demanding real estate would be. I quickly realized that in order for my business to grow, I had to start delegating and make the shift from part-time to full-time. It was a leap of faith.
Along the way, I’ve had to trust God’s plan for my life and learn to see myself through His eyes. The self-doubt and negativity had to go—there was no room for it anymore. This journey has stretched me, but it’s also shaped me in the best way.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a Central Florida Realtor based in Orlando, where I live and work every day. I proudly call myself a Mompreneur—because like so many other moms, I’m building a legacy not just for myself, but for my family and for those who look up to me.
I’m also a proud Latina. My mother is Dominican, my father is Colombian, and my husband is Mexican—three beautiful cultures that I carry with so much pride. I love seeing our Latino community grow in wealth and ownership, and I’m committed to being a part of that movement.
My mission is to empower those who feel homeownership or wealth-building is out of reach to realize they can achieve it. This dream is for everyone—no exceptions. This is more than just a career for me; it’s a calling. My goal isn’t to maximize earnings, but to bless as many lives as possible through God’s guidance.

So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
I will be incredibly thankful for anyone who sends me referrals and follows my real estate journey on social media—your support keeps my business growing! I’m always eager to collaborate with lenders, contractors, and other professionals to deliver the best experience for our clients. Your trust and engagement make all the difference, and I’m so grateful for every connection in this real estate community! I’m incredibly blessed to have such strong support from my team. They genuinely want to see me win, and that kind of support means everything.
But my biggest supporters—my true cheerleaders—are my family. From my husband, parents, and grandparents to my siblings and aunts, they’ve been my go-to crew. Whether it’s stepping in as emergency babysitters or lifting me up with emotional support, they constantly remind me of what I’m capable of. Their love fuels everything I do and gives me the courage to shoot for the stars. They are, and always will be, my why.
