Check Out Nini Wang’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nini Wang.

Nini was born in a small town in Northwest China. After she graduated from technical secondary school, she moved to Shenzhen to pursue her career. She met her husband Ron while working in Shenzhen and they soon became a beautiful family of four. Nini and her family moved from China to a beautiful golf community in central Florida during the summer of 2014. She was a full-time homemaker, caring for her husband and two young children while also teaching yoga part-time at a local golf & country club. Nini loves to help people, socialize, entertain, teach people how to cook Chinese food, and care for the community through volunteer work.

In 2018 her beloved Husband Ron was sadly diagnosed with aggressive cancer and passed away. Becoming a young widow encouraged Nini to seek out a new career. Her friendliness and desire to help people led her to real estate. Nini is an honest, patient, kind, and knowledgeable realtor. She makes it a point to stay in constant communication with her clients, whether they’re the sellers, first-time buyers, or looking to invest.

Nini draws on her natural talent for design to help stage homes for her sellers. Her knowledge of market trends and the latest marketing tools enable her to promote properties for her sellers. And when it comes to the closing table, Nini employs strong negotiation tactics. She is fluent in both English and Chinese—a great benefit when working with a diverse clientele. Her favorite aspect of her job is meeting and connecting with new people, then making their real estate dreams come true. When she’s not working, Nini can be found having fun with her kids, cooking for family and friends. She also enjoys yoga, traveling, and gardening.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been a smooth road for me. We all face different challenges in our careers, however having a global pandemic begin, shortly after starting a new career, has presented unique challenges. Real estate is not a 9-5 job. A good realtor needs to be available for clients whenever they have questions or need help. Balancing the care of my kids with my career can be challenging and healing from the loss of my husband is an ongoing process. The support from close friends has made it all possible.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am a full-time realtor. I help people sell or buy a home, sometimes it’s downsizing, upsizing, first-time home buyers, relocation, investment or any real estate needs a client may have.

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
Have your big WHY and have a vision. Why are you choosing this field? What drives you to get up every day and to be a go-getter? My biggest why are my kids. Obviously, I want to be able to provide for them, but I also want to be their role model for integrity and hard work. I have always loved helping people, real estate transactions are often the biggest financial decision in life. Having a client trust me with a monumental transaction is both humbling and very gratifying.
