Today we’d like to introduce you to Patrick Torre

Hi Patrick, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Well this is basically my 4th career, I managed BMW,Rolls Royce then opened 4 Real estate offices then retired. Realized I wasn’t ready I ran Harley Davidson and was number 1 in the world for 5 years.Retired again! I always loved cooking so I shipped myself off to culinary school Auguste Escoffier in Boulder Colorado. Graduated with honors and set out to gain experience so I works 3 very different restaurants types (volume),fine dining and cafe) Decided to open up my own company and Twisted Food was born, I cook for celebrities,,professional athletes as well as private chef experiences. During covid I decided we needed an edge and started Mealprep and now ship 1500 meals a week all over the country! There is a lot more but this is a start.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Definitely not a smooth road!
From Covid to competition to prices going through the roof on ingredients and lack of good work force there are challenges and pitfalls everyday!

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am known for healthy clean food creations, I create meals to help professional athletes as well as the general public change their health and body through nutrition.
I have a large celebrity base as well and well known in all their circles.
I travel to wherever they may need me.

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
Find out what will TRULY make you happy, create a niche that is different from everyone else and no matter how big you get”always open your own mail” meaning inspection what you expect as it is your brand and your product.
That is key to success, we don’t even advertise, we are referral driven because we will not compromise our quality or brand.
