Today we’d like to introduce you to Raphael Souza.  

Hi Raphael, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Brazilian lived in Vegas for 12 years and had the chance to work on the bar scene with badasses bartenders. 

Had the chance also to work on amazing places, now moved to Florida 2 years ago, I had the idea on make something that I love to do to start make profit. 

I launched raphaneat in Orlando to show people a different style of service when comes to bartending! 

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Oh yeah, struggle is always welcome, make us better and all the ways. 

Nothing is easy bit if you work hard all will fall into place, 

But struggling with busy places is my favorite part, you make money, time fly’s by, and at the end money in the pocket. 

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I took everything that I learned on the past few years with different people and I put all together to create my own style of serving. 

I specialized in how you have to present yourself when behind the bar. 

What to do and what to offer. 

Knowledge is the key factor. 

As much as you know and learned you good to go. 

Also, I incorporate a little flair on a mixology style of serving 

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
I was in Brazil living with my parents!
