Today we’d like to introduce you to Sean Mills.

Hi Sean, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I was a Licensed FIBA Agent of my Agency Pure Passion Sports. I joined the Tri-State Admirals of the (TBL) as the general manager and President. I decided to move to Central Florida to establish the Pure Passion Sports Academy and decided to get bring a team to Florida. I spoke with my partners Shalonda Hill of Dr. Hill Education and Jacques Pittman if Latroi  Logistics and we partnered together to form the Central Florida Force.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
So far so good. We have had a lot of anticipation as we are trying to make the Force the premier team in The Basketball League.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am the owner of Pure Passion Sports in St. Cloud. The Pure Passion Sports serves players of all skill levels from youth to professional. Our players focus on conditioning, shooting, dribbling, passing, game-time situations, and overall mental state through positive reinforcement. The Academy was founded to demonstrate the discipline and determination it takes to become successful on and off the court. The goal is to plant seeds and cultivate players to maximize their potential.

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
I have a vast knowledge of the sports industry, education, and counseling that enables me to help players find success on and off the court.
