Check Out Tiffany Witter’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Witter.

Hi Tiffany, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
I was born and raised in Queens, NY, and grew up in Hempstead, NY before moving to Central Florida in 2003. I am married and reside in the Kissimmee, FL area with my husband, and two children. As a Central Florida resident for the past 20 years, I am familiar with the growing communities and schools within the surrounding areas. I spend my free time volunteering within the community, traveling, and spending time with my family.

I attended the University of South Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science with a concentration in Criminal Justice. I come from a background of 13+ years of customer service experience, sales, and hospitality, of which 8 years I have spent in Public Service with the State of Florida.

I entered the Real Estate world in order to build a legacy and to help others. I want to build a legacy consisting of great customer service, meeting new people, and helping them accomplish homeownership. I have always had a passion for real estate, and my customer service, honesty, integrity, attention to detail, and ambition ensure that buyers and sellers find the homes that their hearts desire, and help my clients to spread their real estate wings during their journey of homeownership, investment, and the sale of their home.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Being a REALTOR® and owning your own business isn’t a smooth road, because just because things are simple doesn’t mean they are always easy. However, this is what I love to do. So even on the hardest of days, it doesn’t feel like work. Being a business owner, and self-employed takes discipline.

You are your own boss and employee, and every task done, or not done on a daily basis determines your business’s success. Though there are obstacles along the road because I love what I do these challenges become learning lessons to better my business, and what I love. Enjoying the fruits of my labor.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I have been a REALTOR® in the Metro Orlando and Kissimmee area since 2018. I became an agent of my love for real estate, and helping others. I have always believed that real estate is one of the most valuable assets that someone can obtain. However, one of my biggest motivations for obtaining my license, and starting my own business were my grandparents.

In 2018, my grandparents had to sell the home they lived in for 10+ years since moving to Florida and purchase a new one. At the time they did not have adequate help or representation to help with their needs. It was at that time that I vowed to become licensed and start my real estate business. I now help others with their real estate needs and match them with the perfect home.

Those who know me also know that I have a very fun, loving, and bubbly personality, and I wanted my brand and business to reflect this as well. My logo is a butterfly, and I chose the butterfly because I love its symbolism its fun and bubbly nature, and its representation of new beginnings and rebirth, growth, life, creativity, joy, hope, and change. All the things that I aim to help many of my clients with on their journey within the real estate world. Whether it is helping you to sell a home, or buying your first, second, or third home.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing the smile on my client’s faces after educating them on the market, helping them to sell their homes, or handing over the keys to the new homes they’ve just purchased. This is a journey that we all take together, and as your local REALTOR®, my intentions are to take that journey with you and be there every step of the way. As my motto states, “Helping you to spread your Real Estate Wings!”

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out.
My advice for anyone starting out and getting into real estate is first to interview multiple brokerages, to see which brokerage is best suited to partner your business with. Each brokerage is different and may offer different benefits for each person’s business. It is important to do your research and chose a brokerage that will align with your business values and goals.

Branding yourself is important as well. Branding helps to leave an impression on people about who you and your business are help to separate you from other agents and makes your business memorable for what your brand is.

Another piece of advice I’d give to those starting out is to network as much as possible. It is important to remember that as a real estate professional, you are your biggest and best advertisement. Meet other professionals, vendors, and people and tell them what you do. Most times your connections and sphere of friends, etc. will many times be the source of a lot of business. Build your contacts and sphere because your network is your net worth.
