Hi Tye, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I Was Originally A Personal Assistant To Various Artist And Record Labels Having To Travel Nonstop Or Not Having The Luxury Of Enjoying My Home And Family Time. I Eventually Ran Across A Wonderful Lady Who Taught Me How To Maximize My Time And Efforts By Remaining An Assistant But Converting To Being Virtual Assistant. That Was In 2010. Its Now 2025 And I Have Been Successfully Running A Virtual Agency Providing A Wide Array Ir Services To Multiple Clients. When I Originally Because A Virtual Assistant It Was To Be Home More With My Family, But It Opened Up A Door To Really Figure Out How I Can Help People Better Structure Their Business And Brands And Always Stay In The Know! While Clients Are Focused On Products They Have Me In Their Corner To Maintain The Paperwork, Marketing, Branding, And Anything Else To Help Expand Their Business/Brand.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
If Anybody Tells You Entrepreneurship Is Easy They Haven’t Put In Any Real Work In My Opinion. While Some Ppl May Handle Tough Roads With Grace There Are Going To Be Bumps Along The Way. In My Case, There Have Been Times I’ve Had NO Clients and Didn’t Know When I’d Have One. There Have Been Task I Had Absolutely No Knowledge Of And Had Tight Deadlines To Figure It Out. I’ve Had Competitors Come And Poach Clients, I’ve Had Mentees Try And Copy My Entire System And Pass It Off As Their Own. But I Overcame Every Obstacle That Was Meant To Stop Me.

I’m A Creative Director And Virtual Marketing & Branding Agency! I Specialize In Social Media Management/Marketing, Branding, Web Developing, & Virtual Assistant Services. I’m Known For Creative Social Media Content & Branding. What Sets Me Apart From Others Is I’m A Personal For And Of The People. I Stay True To Who I Am While Also Providing A Comfortable Yet Professional Service. I’m Most Proud Of My Growth.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
My Ability To Connect, Understand, And Relatability To Each Client Being Able To Listen To Understand Needs And Execute Have Been A Big Part Of That.
