Today we’d like to introduce you to Vivian Pascual.
 

Hi Vivian, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I am a God’s daughter, wife, and a full-time mom of 3 kids, coming from Dominican Republic. I use to work as a bus school driver, I have no speak English and I have the feeling that I have to do something amazing with my career so I get into real estate business, since my first year I was able to be top agent, today I am one of my brokerage top agents with 6 certifications helping the community and many families happy after made their dream come true of homeownership, I also created with my husband a family builders company and a team of Great Realtor to help them and I grow more and more. Every day I work hard for my Family for my client, and for my vision. 

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Oh No!!! I have little kids; I use to have language limitation because my primary language is Spanish. I have many people that never believe that the dreams can be a reality! I have been to deal with anxiety, not sleeping or eat well, family situations, and many many learning process. 

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about what you do?
I am a real estate agent in Florida, Realtor. I am helping families in central Florida to be homeowners, I am a specialist in vacant lands, zoning, and planning, I also help local and international investor to analyze and make great investments, I work in the residential area. I also work a lot with new construction builders and also own a builder company. I have create a knowledgeable team of professional to help our clients. I work hard to be known as a great experience customer service and comprehensive professional. I am so proud of the families that I help some of them with special needs. My time, my passion is the best I can set for other. 

The crisis has affected us all in different ways. How has it affected you, and any important lessons or epiphanies you can share with us?
