Hi Anthony, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for sharing your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers.
My wife and I had a dishonest realtor while purchasing our first home in NY. Because of that negative experience with my realtor, I decided to become a realtor so I could make a difference in someone’s life in a positive way by being honest. The best Real Estate relationships with clients are built upon trust, shared goals, mutual understanding, communication, and service; I strive to improve continually, and to do this, I listen and consider my client’s needs and wants. I aim to be a super server and not just a super salesperson. I do not judge my success by the number of homes I list or sell; my success is contingent upon the complete satisfaction of my client’s needs. We all know that Buying or Selling a home is one of the most important decisions someone will make in their life, and my job is to guide my clients through this process effortlessly. Because I am confident in my abilities, I do not resort to high-pressure sales tactics. My clients come first.
It wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I need help with other realtors’ honesty and focus on closing the sale and getting their commission, not providing service to their clients. When I make a presentation to a seller or buyer, I always present facts. Sometimes, they want to hear something else. Did I lose some opportunity because of the focus on hard facts? Yes, I did, but sometimes they return to me after experiencing the quality of the realtor’s service. I am not saying I am the best or greatest realtor ever created. I am in the service business. I provide service to my clients the way I would like someone to do to me or friends and family. My success is that I have a strong work ethic, which includes essential characteristics of Integrity, communication, Superior Negotiating Skills, and, most importantly, my attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to personal service.

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
I started in New York with Weichert Realtors. After a few years, I moved to Prudential Rand Realty, now Howard Hanna Rand Realty. I am now associated with Keller Williams Advantage III Realty. These companies provide great training and training, and education is very important in the ever-changing real estate industry/market. Training and education are necessary to provide great service and excellent information to my clients. I do research online for networking purposes with other agents and referral companies. I also create relationships with banks, attorneys, and mortgage providers for referral purposes.
