Hi Axl, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I have been doing jobs such as pet sitting or lawn work throughout my neighborhood for years now. I was wanting to expand the range of my work now that i had social media and a better ability to help with more tasks. Truly your friendly neighbor is fairly new having only started in 2024. Its a way for me to reach people that need jobs done that a company wouldn’t do or would over price the job for what actually is done.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
In general it has been a smooth path with no interruptions from others and lots of support from my community. But it has definitely helped me gain discipline, money management, and social skills. The biggest challenge i have had is holding my self accountable to do high quality work and getting to jobs on time.
We’ve been impressed with Truly Your Friendly Neighbor , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My most popular service is pressure washing! Although I do about any house hold tasks you could think of. I hold myself to a high standard/quality of work and keep my prices reasonable.
We love surprises, fun facts and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
Im a huge fan of folklore and old myths!
And i have been playing music since 2nd grade.
Pricing:
- For physical work I charge around 15 dollars per hour could be higher or lower depending on the intensity
