Today we’d like to introduce you to Bruno Quispe
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started my business last year late December. I always wanted to built a business but didn’t know how to. Not until i started watching YouTube video about detailing car. A friend of mine from church, his name is Jason has given me some idea to be an entrepreneur and giving idea about business which gave me the idea to open a detail business. He also bless me with logo which gave birth Bless&Shine Detailing. After that discussion I was fascinated and started watching detail video. I started watching how to detail a vehicle. I started learning how to clean with what kind of chemical and how to properly use them. (I ask myself what chemical clean with what, how many i need and also learn always keep a microfiber towel. Soon i started doing family car to get some experience and then started doing some family friend only for $50 for interior only. I did that for a while so i can get experience. After i got some income coming in i open exterior which give me the benefit to open new service and give a lot of time about my prices. How should i price and how can it be beneficial to my customers. After months has passed, some job was offers by random customers, as i explain the process and the price and how the detail services will be making sure they understand the situation. Each customers vehicle i detail always had a great review. They love how there vehicle looks. (They always mention there car looks like they pick up at a dealership which mean it was like brand new) which I love because ill always do my very best when it comes to serving my customers. Mostly my job has taken long but now i have partner that works with me and it make it so much easier and more sufficient to finish a detail job. His name is Jose Apicella. By that being said i had a few from Mount Dora, Kissimmee, even in here in Orlando area. I don’t mind going far but always be prepared with each customers. This year 2024 my vehicle become a full Mobil detailing vehicle. I have customize it to be in a top shape when it come to detailing. Now I’m fully Mobil ready to take the challenges that will be up ahead.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
This road is challenging because when i do a detail service for a customer, There was a possibility that i needed a new tool to be more sufficient in detailing a vehicle. If I don’t have it, then you bet that it will take time to detail a certain spots area but it will get done.
The other one is time because alone will get it done but it will take time to detail a vehicle. Especially when it comes with a full detailed package. Now i have a partner with me that helps me detail faster because the customer time is important.
Lastly will be will be the environment because it’s so unpredictable. You do not know how or when the weather changes, especially in Florida.

There’s another thing that we want our customers to know is that when it comes to our prices we also work with them in our business. We do finances, so the customers can have the advantage not only to have a clean car, but also not worried too much about the prices because we can be flexible. We can do weekly, biweekly, or monthly, but only up to three months.
What i want the reader to know is to one trust us with our service. I promise that what you paid for is done right the first time. Our service to the customer is our main priority. Making sure they are satisfied with what they paid for.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
I believe having the characteristic of being able to learn. Being teachable even when you’re a leader. You will always learn something new from other people.
It gives you the opportunity not only to learn, but also having an open mind for greater ideas
I believe in hard work, having integrity, being intentional, and working as a team.
