Hi Chef, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started cooking late. I went to culinary school at 26. I worked in some of the best fine dinning restaurants in Orlando. Before realizing i want to do my own thing. And this is how Alchemy a Food Lab was born. I love to try new things I also want people to be able To get experience fine dining but out of a food trailer and cheaper. Again Alchemy a Food Lab.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
So far, yes. We are just getting ready to open. There are always little things to throw us off but other than that not much. Of course, Covid has the supply chain thrown off but we will work around it.
