Today we’d like to introduce you to Daniela Sanchez.
Hi Daniela, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I am a journalist and single mom. I am from Venezuela, I move to Orlando 7 years ago, I started as a housekeeper, I built my career in hospitality during 5 years until the pandemic, I was a housekeeper, Housekeeping supervisor, administrative assistant and Housekeeping coordinator. the hotel was closed on March 20th 2020, then I started to do the new things like worked in amazon and bath and body works, during the pandemic while I thought that I need to do something that make me feel happy and the most important have time to spend with my daughter. I was not comfortable with both job, and I finally found my passion, Real Estate. In the beginning its hard to start in real estate because is constancy, responsibility and engagement. And you can imagine trying to do that plus amazon, bath and body works and take care your daughter.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, absolutely no. Keep my faith, it’s hard to keep your faith when you see that things don’t go your way. Sometimes you think about taking other paths, but God sends you signs that tell you to continue and do not give up.
I always said insist, insist and never give up, even in your worst moments.
If you want to keep your faith, just believe that it is possible.

Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
Yes, I learned to value the people around me and to thank God because I am healthy.
Every morning I thank God for my health, because without health we cannot work, we cannot enjoy the beautiful nature or what the universe gives you.
Sometimes we complain about life without knowing that there are people in the hospital who wish they were where we are.
