Hi Fallon, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I grew up always having a love for fashion. My mother owned her own modeling and talent agency when I was a child so I was always around fashion. I would get asked where I got certain clothes and accessories from and dreamed of owning my own boutique one day. I didn’t really start turning those dreams into reality until after I had my daughters, who are the center of my motivation. I started out being a wardrobe stylist and would practice my skills on family and friends that turned into me becoming a professional, experienced stylist with my work being published. I then continued to pursue my next venture, which leads me to where I am today. Owner of OliviaAnnJune Accessories, which features unique, modern, and quality pieces that empower women in all walks of life.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has definitely had its bumps. Having a small business and being a stay at home mother of two, all while achieving my dreams of being an entrepreneur, can be pretty demanding. My strength come from my husband, who is always pushing me to be great, my daughters who’s smiles can brighten any day and the tribe that I am growing through OliviaAnnJune, whom I could never let down.

OliviaAnnJune is a women’s statement jewelry and accessories collection that highlights modern, chic, fashion-forward, and contemporary style. We currently specialize in unique earring sets, bracelets, hair accessories and handbags. From our, Olivia Face earrings to our Madison Safety Pin purse. We definitely offer conversation-starting pieces. What sets OliviaAnnJune apart is the uniqueness of our products. In a world filled with fast fashion and a lot of trends being followed, we showcase items that stand out from the crowd and give you a sense of individuality. OliviaAnnJune’s goal is to empower women through our accessories. We offer bold, quality pieces to cultivate confidence and determination to each and every woman that wears them. I’m most proud of the excitement that my customers feel when it comes to my brand, the tribe that I am creating, and also showing that If I can do it, so can you.
Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
I have learned many lessons from the pandemic. My biggest take away from it would be that time is of the essence. During quarantine, we’ve all had plenty of time, but the most important thing is what are you doing with your time? I often ask myself, are you just going to be a consumer of social media content, videos, shopping, etc or am I going to be a producer by utilizing my talents and skills to create my vision. I literally started OliviaAnnJune right in the middle of the pandemic. It’s really showed me a lot about time and what you can do with it when you combine it with a vision, resiliency, and handwork. The pandemic has truly been a life-transforming catalyst.
