Today we’d like to introduce you to Géro Bonini.
Hi Géro, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am 42 years old. I am married to Thays Bonini.
I have three children: Ana Bárbara, Gabriela, and Gerinho.
I am Brazilian, from the city of Botucatu, in the state of São Paulo.
I have been a journalist for 25 years.
In Brazil, I worked in television, such as TV Record, as well as in radio stations and newspapers.
I have been the CEO of the Leia Notícias Communication Group (www.leianoticias.com.br) for 12 years. The group manages three websites, two print newspapers, and a magazine in Brazil.
Almost three years ago, I created the Tudo Para Brasileiros portal in the United States (www.tudoparabrasileiros.com).
Today, it is considered the go-to portal for Brazilians in the U.S., offering news, events, tips, and everything about life in America. It serves as a hub for connecting with the Brazilian community in the U.S.
Our Instagram page caters to Brazilians living in the United States and those visiting the country. We reach over 1 million accounts in 30 days.
In addition to news, tips, and general information, we also promote Brazilian businesses and professionals.
In 2023, we launched the Tudo Para Brasileiros Awards, which recognizes and values the work of Brazilians in the U.S.
The first event was a success, held at the Hilton Hotel on International Drive in Orlando.
The second edition, held in December 2024, was even bigger and more incredible, taking place at SeaWorld Orlando. It was the first event of this scale for the Brazilian community within an Orlando theme park. The event was called the Tudo Para Brasileiros Awards – SeaWorld Edition.
In 2025, the third edition of the awards is already confirmed for Orlando in December.
However, for the first time, we will host the awards in California, in Los Angeles. The event will be called the Tudo Para Brasileiros Hollywood Awards – by t.pr.
This luxurious event for the Brazilian community will feature a gala dinner at the five-star SLS Beverly Hills Hotel on May 15, 2025.
I, Géro Bonini, am the CEO of Tudo Para Brasileiros.
Thays Bonini, my wife, is a publicist and journalist. She is the CMO of Tudo Para Brasileiros.
Décio Bonini is the COO of Tudo Para Brasileiros.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?

The Hollywood event will be incredible. We would love to promote it.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
In the next 5 to 10 years, I believe communication and news will increasingly focus on personalization and interactivity. The audience will seek highly relevant content, consumed in dynamic formats tailored to their preferences. Platforms like artificial intelligence and advanced algorithms will play an even more important role in curating information, delivering news almost instantly and in a way that’s customized for each individual. Social media and messaging apps will remain essential channels, but with greater integration between platforms, creating ecosystems that promote higher engagement.
In 5 to 10 years, the Tudo Para Brasileiros Awards is expected to solidify itself as the largest recognition event for the Brazilian community in the United States, increasing its relevance and influence. Our vision is to make it a nationally and internationally recognized celebration, connecting Brazilians across the U.S. and highlighting inspiring stories of resilience, entrepreneurship, and societal contributions.
In the coming years, we plan to expand the awards to new regions within the U.S. Our goal is to reinforce the importance of representation and create a global network that supports and values Brazilian talent.
The Tudo Para Brasileiros Awards will continue to evolve to become more inclusive, recognizing professionals from various fields, from entrepreneurs and artists to educators and community leaders. It will serve as a symbol not only of celebration but also of inspiration and unity for Brazilians around the world.
