Founded in 2019, Aqua Cleaning and Janitorial was born with a clear mission: to bring cleanliness and health to the homes and businesses of our clients. From the very beginning, our approach has always been family-oriented, ensuring that we treat every client and every job with the care and attention we would give to our own loved ones.
As a woman-operated business, Aqua Cleaning and Janitorial stands proud of the values that drive us—hard work, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Our journey began with a single residential post-construction cleaning project in Palm Bay. That first job was the foundation of something bigger, and we approached it with the same dedication we bring to every task, no matter how large or small.
Soon after, we had the opportunity to serve a local car dealership as a temporary solution for their cleaning needs. But it didn’t take long for them to realize that Aqua Cleaning and Janitorial was more than just a quick fix. Our high standards and attention to detail earned us their trust, and before long, we were brought on as their permanent vendor. From that initial partnership, we’ve expanded our reach, now proudly servicing three car dealerships, a range of residential clients, two real estate companies, and two general contractors on a regular basis. In addition, we continue to handle various one-off jobs that come in on a day-to-day basis, always delivering the same level of care and expertise.
Our success isn’t just measured by the number of clients we have, but by the relationships we build along the way.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
When I started my company I struggled a little bit with the language and the culture; and still sometimes, but my husband has been a blessing and a very important part of Aqua Cleaning and Janitorial, With his support I would not have been able to do on my own.

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
As a business owner, I constantly educate myself in different areas, especially in marketing and sales, which have been my profession and my career since I started in the working world.
I love networking, and I do have a group of cleaning business owners around the US, that I value, admire and appreciate a lot, because they share experiences, tips, products and advises. It is a great community to where I am so proud of being part of.
I love connecting with people who have the same mentality or the same desire to improve that I have, who share interests and who are hungry to grow. Beyond making money, a business is about serving, it is about finding a passion that keeps you going and drives you to continuous improvement.
Throughout this path, if you want to achieve success, the presence of mentors is not optional, since a mentor has already reached where you want to go and has already made the mistakes that you can save yourself from, and makes the path much further easy.
