Today we’d like to introduce you to Grace Rodriguez.
Hi Grace, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My journey of creating Style Full of Grace began in 2020 due to Covid-19. I was previously an assistant buyer for a retailer that unfortunately, went bankrupt. Like many others, it was very difficult for me to find a job, especially in the fashion world. During the pandemic, I started posting on social media styling tips and then offering closet detox just for fun. I quickly began to get lots of feedback and push from family and friends to start my own boutique. To be honest, I really had no desire at first. But I later realized it was the answer I was looking for when asking the universe what my next career steps were. So I decided to take my frustrations and create my own job. I took my passions of styling, merchandising, and organization to create Style Full of Grace. Little did I know how in love I would fall with having my own business.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I have for sure had a few bumps on this journey. One of my now favorite memories, is when 3 little tornados blew away my tent at a festival…in Florida. I was a part of a two day festival and the first day was amazing! Best event I have had so far. Early morning, tornados came and destroyed the festival on the second day of the event. Luckily, my merchandise wasn’t there but what held it up was not anymore. I was also borrowing the tent I had, so I was so nervous to let the owner know it was broken. The second day of the event was extremely windy. I bought everything again to set up but the wind was not having it. It continuously knocked down my racks/tables and clothes were flying everywhere. Unfortunately, I could not participate due to the wind but I now look back and laugh. Like what are the odds a tornado comes to Florida.

Style Full of Grace is a multi-brand online store that was founded by Grace Rodriguez. Our mission is to empower our clients to be confident and express their sense of style through the latest trends, at an affordable price point. All items are in limited quantities to ensure that styles are exclusive, and individualized for our clients. We specialize in women’s clothing, closet detox, and personal styling. SFG is dedicated to fashion, style, and making our clients look and feel great. We hope that each and every item fills you with the sensation of beauty, style, & grace.
I am most proud of the support I have received. I am extremely grateful for everyone who is supporting my small business and my dream.
What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
I love Orlando! I love how diverse the city is, how the city comes together to support its community, and how unique it is. I least like the traffic.
