Today we’d like to introduce you to Jalpa Sheth.

Hi Jalpa, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Started in 2018 as a solo nutrition practice in New Jersey, Jalpa Sheth Nutrition & Wellness LLC has now expanded to two more states, marking its presence in 3 states now – Miami, Florida, New York City and New Jersey – with qualified registered dietitians nutritionists joining the mission and vision to provide quality nutrition counseling at a vast level and committed to spread health & Wellness- one state at a time!
Starting 2024, Jalpa Sheth Nutrition & wellness LLC is also offering corporate wellness programs thus, enhancing the wellness of workforces across organizations.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Absolutely not! Just like any other journey, there were speed breakers too – such as having to deal with insurance payers, setting up systems and processes and most importantly, hiring and retaining good talent stood out to be the top struggle.

We’ve been impressed with Jalpa Sheth Nutrition & Wellness LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Jalpa Sheth Nutrition & Wellness LLC is a Nutrition & Wellness Practice where we specialize in evidence-based nutrition therapies to support a wide range of medical conditions, weight management, and sports performance. Founded by Jalpa Sheth in 2018, we started off from Jersey City, NJ and gradually expanded to New York City as well as Miami – committed to empower communities and individuals across the states.

Here we strongly believe that Food is Fuel for Life and hence, Diet is for Nourishment, Not Deprivation!

Our Holistic approach towards nutrition & wellness as well as deep understanding of cultural cuisines sets us apart from the clutter of fad dieters out there!
