Hi John, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share some background on my journey, both personally and professionally.
I grew up near Cincinnati, Ohio, and began my college years on a baseball scholarship. However, I made the decision to leave school early in order to support my mother and brother. My career began in retail before transitioning into outside sales and sales management roles. Over the years, I relocated several times, including moves to Chicago, Terre Haute, Louisville, Cincinnati, and Nashville, each move representing a new promotion with increased responsibility. These changes not only fueled my professional growth but also gave me the opportunity to meet new people across different communities.
In 1997, I moved to Florida. After holding sales leadership positions for many years, I founded my own consulting company in 2013, focusing on sales training, coaching, and leadership development. During the challenges brought by COVID-19, I adapted by incorporating business analysis into my services, helping companies navigate difficult times.
Most recently in 2024, I leveraged this experience to acquire the Central Florida franchise of Paint EZ, a nationwide company recognized for delivering high-quality painting services for both interiors and exteriors. Our interior painting services include cabinet refinishing, garage floor coatings, and popcorn ceiling removal. Each of our three crews has over 20 years of professional painting experience.
While we proudly serve all of Central Florida, our primary focus is on Seminole County, Volusia County, Lake County, and areas north of downtown Orlando in Orange County.
On a personal note: I’m an avid softball player who enjoys playing and coaching three different men’s teams (50+) at both local and travel levels.
