Hi Joshua , please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Started with a vision in my apartment in Brooklyn, wanting the kind of food I ate through out the neighborhood. I wanted to eat that in Orlando as well, but could not find exactly what I wanted. So i created it myself.
I got here today by never giving up, keeping my mind clear, making quick and great choices
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been a smooth road.
Struggles include, everyone wanting to compare us to their family’s food, if customers don’t like ONE thing, a lot of them will say the restaurant is not good and over hyped, repairs are costly, finding great help is very hard

You should know I created this so the community could have access to cook to order food, fresh. We specialize in jerk chicken, oxtails and pastas. What sets us apart? We have seating, we are in a great area, we are cooked to order instead of buffet style like most restaurants that serve our food. Most proud brand wise? Being able to work with so many wonderful organizations that enjoy our food. From the NBA, mlb, city of Orlando. Entertainers and more. What do I want the readers to know about us, we are always willing to help out the community, whether it’s free food for certain things, support by coming to an event or sharing.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
You have to stay clear headed and postive to make a good choice no matter what it is. One really bad choice could destory the entire brand
