I launched my company right after earning my second Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity. My mission was clear: make technology accessible and understandable for residential customers and small businesses alike.
My passion for this work ignited while helping my grandfather navigate his tech challenges. Watching him struggle—and seeing countless other seniors and non-technical users face the same frustrations—showed me there was a massive gap in the market. I didn’t just want to fix problems; I wanted to empower people through education, giving them the confidence to use technology on their own terms.
What really drove me was witnessing the predatory landscape firsthand. Scams and fraudulent offers were everywhere, targeting both residential users and small business owners with ruthless efficiency. These markets are absolute goldmines for scammers and hackers, and I knew I had to step up and be part of the solution.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Like every startup, there are growing pains—building credibility, getting the word out, fighting for every single client in those early days.
But here’s what I’ve learned: once I fully immerse myself in a market space, once I prove my value and build those relationships, the momentum becomes undeniable. The fruits of that labor start to pay off, referrals start flowing, and suddenly you’re not pushing a boulder uphill anymore.
Do I still face challenges bringing on new clients? Absolutely. There’s a hesitancy in today’s world—people have been burned before, trust is at an all-time low, and everyone’s skeptical of anyone offering tech services. But that’s exactly why my approach works. I’m not here for a quick sale; I’m here to educate, protect, and build lasting partnerships. And slowly but surely, that message is breaking through.
