Hi Katherine, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
Well actually my first insight on real estate was through my husband, at that moment we had a remodeling company and been handling some realtors’ clients’ flips so he said to me why don’t you get your real estate license son we can get the whole piece of cake!
So, I did it and at that moment was ok! What I’m living these days is something completely different since I joined EXP realty with C5 Global team is been an exponential growth not o my for me as a professional, now I have over 20 realtors in my team, and going through the transformation needed to become a successful leader is another level of excellence
I am able to help not only my clients to reach their investments goals but also help other families (my team members) to grow and evolve in this fascinating new real estate era. We are based on contribution, not competition.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Nothing but easy! I’m a mom of two beautiful daughters (5 and 9) my younger one is autistic, and of course, she’s my priority, I need to schedule first everything for her and then fit my professional agenda.
So hard but not impossible!

I’m an international real estate advisor; my specialization is in pre Construccion projects specifically in Miami and Orlando area
Plus, I have a team and constant building and attracting agents with a share the same vision and philosophy
Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
Ufff it is a priority to find a good MENTOR, is you really want to go above and beyond, your definitely need someone by your side to keep you accountable.
And for real estate agents specifically, those who are starting you need to jump into a place that offers you a huge networking environment, world has changed, and our industry as well; you can pretend to achieve exceptional results working like 1980s
