I got my start in the alcohol world when I was just 19. I landed a job as a hostess at Wine Bar George in Disney Springs, and that’s where my passion for the industry really took off. The more I learned about wine, the more I fell in love with it, which eventually led me to earn my Level 1 Sommelier certification.
The bartenders at the wine bar were incredible mentors, teaching me the basics of bartending. I started studying on my own, practicing my skills at home with a makeshift bar. As I became more confident behind the bar, I decided to take the plunge into mobile bartending. At first, all I had was a simple table, a cloth, and a few basic tools, but I was determined to make it work.
Although I booked a few gigs, I couldn’t shake the feeling that my setup was too basic and unprofessional. I knew I needed something better, so I started looking into mobile bars. I made a list of everything I’d want in a portable bar, then dove into hours of research. But no matter how much I searched, nothing seemed to fit the bill. The bars I found were either way too expensive, too big to fit in my car, or just poorly made — nothing was quite right.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road hasn’t always been easy. One of the biggest challenges every entrepreneur faces is the harsh reality that you have to spend money to make money. Every expense, from the prototype to the patent, has been out of pocket. I invested my entire life savings into bringing this idea to life because I truly believe in my business and the potential of my product. I know it can make a real difference for so many businesses in the restaurant industry.
At 24 years old, I know I still have a long way to go, but I’m optimistic. If I keep pushing forward and staying focused, I’m confident that success is within reach.
