Hi Latoya, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am actively working toward my dream of becoming a full-time entrepreneur. Stepping outside of my comfort zone has required both faith and bold moves, but I’ve learned that growth comes from embracing challenges. My journey began as an orthopedic and trauma nurse, where I initially struggled with starting IVs. Over time, I became confident and highly skilled in this area, which later became a foundation for my career shift. Knowing I wanted to be my own boss, I took the initiative to work in an IV therapy clinic to gain both administrative and hands-on experience.
A midst the challenges in the hospital system during covid, I pursued my Nurse Practitioner license, determined to create a more fulfilling and impactful career. As I transitioned into the aesthetics world, I quickly recognized gaps in protocols, compliance, and overall transparency within many companies. As a woman who walks in faith, I knew I wanted to build something different—a space where clients feel comfortable, receive high-quality care, and experience a more personalized and intimate approach. I currently offer a variety of IV therapy packages, weight loss treatments, and will be launching neurotoxin injectables this spring. I am continuously expanding my knowledge, networking with industry leaders, and staying committed to providing the best possible services for my clients.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. There have been many obstacles along the way, from navigating the licensing process to encountering people who promised to help but never followed through. One of the biggest challenges has been learning all the compliance requirements for running a business—ensuring everything is done correctly and ethically while also building a strong foundation for growth.
Despite these hurdles, I’ve remained focused and determined. Every challenge has been a learning experience, pushing me to be more resourceful, independent, and knowledgeable. The process has tested my patience and resilience, but it has also reinforced my passion for creating a business that truly prioritizes quality care and integrity.

My business offers a variety of IV therapy packages tailored to individual needs, including detox, immunity support, hangover relief, and muscle recovery. I provide weight loss treatments featuring Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, and I’m excited to be launching neurotoxin injectables such as Botox and Dysport this spring.
What sets my business apart is the personalized approach I bring to each treatment. Every service includes a thorough consultation and good faith exam, ensuring clients receive expert guidance and direct access to me as their provider. I offer the comfort and convenience of in-home treatments, allowing clients to prioritize their wellness in a private and relaxed setting.
I take pride in keeping my services simple, effective, and rooted in integrity. In a world that constantly introduces the “latest” trends, I remain committed to treatments that are both safe and backed by long-term benefits. Most importantly, I am proud that I have the freedom to add or discontinue anything that does not align with my morals and vision for my company. My goal is to create a welcoming, trustworthy environment where clients feel confident in their care and results.

The most important lesson I’ve learned is that success requires patience, resilience, and unwavering faith. Not everyone will support your vision, but staying true to your values and continuously educating yourself will always set you apart.
