Today we’d like to introduce you to Michael Belmont.
Hi Michael, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I was very curious to learn how to start an online business. I also knew that I always loved the theme parks so I decided that start an online travel agency and combine two things I was very interested in. I also knew that if I started a business around something I was interested in, I would be more likely to follow through when times got tough.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not, but I have learned a ton. The park Prodigy was started in late 2019, and as we all know things did not go as planned. However, instead of giving up I took it as an opportunity to create helpful content and continue to build out all of the free resources I knew that park guests would need again.

The Park Prodigy is your trusted source for theme park tickets and vacation packages. I would say the biggest thing that sets us apart from our competition, is out attention to details when it comes to customer service. I spent a year working for Disney at Walt Disney World. And their attention to customer service was something that sticks with me until this day.
Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
Consistency is key. Every young business owner is going to face obstacles, however, it’s the ones who continue to keep going that will succeed.
