Today we’d like to introduce you to Pablo Rendic Olivieri

Hi Pablo, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey has been anything but traditional, but every step has shaped who I am today.

I immigrated from Venezuela in 2000 and learned English while working customer service at a gas station. My passion for storytelling led me to acting, where I performed in soap operas for Univision and Telemundo, even appearing on Sábado Gigante. At the same time, I worked in retail, starting as a seasonal hire at Burdines and quickly rising to Housewares Department Manager. From there, I moved to Neiman Marcus as an Assistant Manager in luxury home décor.

In 2006, I relocated to Orlando to study Film and Graphic Design at Full Sail University. My graduation speech at Universal’s Hard Rock caught the attention of OneBlood, leading to an immediate job offer. I spent 14 years there, building a 16-camera TV studio from the ground up and pioneering live broadcasting across multiple states. During my time at OneBlood, I filmed and produced Lifelines, a documentary now available on Amazon Video, which earned an Emmy nomination. Another project also secured an Emmy nomination, and throughout my career, I’ve received multiple Telly and Communicator Awards for my work in storytelling and marketing.

In 2015, I founded IDX.Marketing as a passion project, and by 2022, I transitioned to running it full-time. My focus is on using strategic marketing, automation, and storytelling to create meaningful connections, especially for non-profits and mission-driven organizations. One of our campaigns reached 10 million views and helped raise $4.1 million for cancer research.

I continue pushing the boundaries of marketing, combining human creativity with AI-driven strategies. My expertise in AI marketing is backed by certifications mentored by top leaders at Google, and I’m committed to helping brands maximize their impact through innovative, purpose-driven storytelling.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Not at all. The road has been anything but smooth, but every twist and turn shaped the person I am today.

When I arrived in the U.S. from Venezuela in 2000, I didn’t speak English. My first job was at a gas station, working customer service, trying to pick up the language one conversation at a time. Every interaction was a lesson, every mistake a step forward. But I knew I wanted more.

Acting became my passion, my escape. I found myself in front of the camera for Univision and Telemundo, performing in soap operas, even landing a spot on Sábado Gigante. At the same time, I was grinding in retail, starting as a seasonal hire at Burdines and working my way up to Housewares Department Manager. I thought I had found stability, but I wanted something bigger—something that would let me create, tell stories, and make an impact.

That leap of faith led me to Full Sail University to study Film and Graphic Design. Moving to Orlando was exciting, but it came with challenges—balancing school, work, and the uncertainty of where this path would take me. Then, during my graduation speech at Universal’s Hard Rock, everything changed. Vice president of marketing and communications at OneBlood who I just interviewd with the week prior, called me seconds after my speech. They saw something in me and offered me a job on the spot.

For the next 14 years, I built something I never imagined—a 16-camera TV studio from the ground up, producing live broadcasts across multiple states, and telling stories that truly mattered. My work earned Emmy nominations, Telly Awards, and even a documentary on Amazon Video. But beyond the accolades, I was proving to myself that my unconventional journey had value.

In 2015, I started IDX.Marketing as a side project, and by 2022, I made the bold decision to go all in. The transition wasn’t easy—leaving a stable career to bet on myself—but it was the right move. Today, I help non-profits and mission-driven organizations craft powerful marketing strategies, blending AI with human creativity. One of our campaigns reached 10 million views and raised $4.1 million for cancer research.

Looking back, the struggles weren’t roadblocks; they were stepping stones. Every challenge taught me resilience, every setback fueled my drive. The road wasn’t smooth, but I wouldn’t change a thing.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Imagine Digital eXpressions INC. (AKA: IDX.Marketing?
At IDX.Marketing, we don’t just run campaigns—we craft stories that create real impact. We specialize in strategic marketing, automation, and creative storytelling, helping non-profits, educational institutions, and mission-driven organizations connect with their audiences in meaningful ways.

What sets us apart is our human-first approach to AI-driven marketing. We leverage cutting-edge automation and AI tools, but we never lose sight of the heart behind every campaign. Data helps us optimize, but it’s the storytelling that makes people feel, engage, and take action. That balance between technology and human connection is what makes our work stand out.

One of the projects I’m most proud of is a campaign that reached 10 million views and helped raise $4.1 million for cancer research. That wasn’t just about numbers—it was about bringing people together for a cause that truly mattered. That’s the kind of work we strive to do every day.

Beyond marketing, IDX.Marketing is about partnership. We don’t just offer services; we collaborate with our clients to understand their mission, amplify their voice, and ensure their message reaches the right people. Whether it’s crafting compelling video content, building AI-powered marketing strategies, or creating campaigns that drive real engagement, we are here to help brands make an impact that lasts.

If there’s one thing I want readers to know, it’s this: Marketing isn’t just about selling—it’s about connection. And at IDX.Marketing, we make those connections count.

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
Absolutely. If you’re just starting out, the best advice I can give is **embrace the journey—uncertainty and all.**

When I first arrived in the U.S., I had no clear path. I didn’t speak the language, didn’t have connections, and certainly didn’t know that one day I’d be running my own marketing agency. But every job, every setback, and every unexpected opportunity shaped who I am today. **Your path doesn’t have to be linear.** It just has to keep moving forward.

One thing I wish I had known earlier is that **success isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about having the courage to figure them out.** When I started IDX.Marketing, I didn’t have a perfect roadmap. I had experience, passion, and a commitment to making an impact. The rest? I learned along the way. And that’s okay.

So here’s my advice:

– **Say yes to opportunities, even if they scare you.** My first big break came from a graduation speech that led to a job offer I never expected. Be open to moments like that.
– **Don’t be afraid to fail.** Every mistake is a lesson. Every setback is a step forward in disguise.
– **Invest in relationships.** The people you connect with today can open doors for you years down the road.
– **Stay adaptable.** The world—especially marketing and technology—is always changing. Keep learning, keep evolving, and don’t get stuck in one way of doing things.
– **Most importantly, trust yourself.** No one else has your unique perspective, your experiences, or your vision. That’s your superpower.

Starting out can feel overwhelming, but **just take the next step.** One step at a time, and before you know it, you’ll look back and see just how far you’ve come.
