Community Highlights: Meet Pasquale Fioretti of Well Done Mitigation

Today we’d like to introduce you to Pasquale Fioretti.

Hi Pasquale, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work life, how can you bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Before starting this project, we worked for other companies in the same field. At that point, we didn’t like how they handled customer service. For us, customers are everything and deserve to feel trust and respect. That’s how Well Done started; the central concept was to do things right, to do things “Well Done”; that is our philosophy. We began with a few customers and started to grow. I picked up each customer’s data by knocking on doors. When the company reached a stable point financially, we hired the sales representatives team. Nowadays, we have fifty people working with us, keeping our philosophy updated and in practice.

We all face challenges, but would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
We grew up with sweat and sun on our foreheads, “en el asfalto.” Like all entrepreneurs, we had difficult weeks when no money came in. And then, one day, we began to celebrate the small achievements that started to arrive, and here we continue in the race of life to get things Well Done.

As you know, we’re big fans of Well Done Mitigation. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about the brand?
More than being a property solution, we support our clients during the mitigation and restoration process, something not everyone can offer. Our technicians and qualified staff will support and guide our customers step by step through the mitigation process of water, and weather-damaged properties, from inspection until the damage is repaired. Our company lives to help people and reduce uncomfortable homeownership experiences by stopping an emergency that arises with quick actions adapted to the situation, always for the client’s benefit. Happiness for us is helping transform lives, owners’ lives, and getting things done.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
In this long and beautiful growth process, we have learned many things as partners and as people in Well Done Mitigation, but something that has been highlighted is that the path to success is not linear. It is a path of ups and downs. When we are down or in difficult times, we must have a good attitude and hope that things will improve steadily, but when we are up again, we must know how to enjoy that moment and realize that we are doing something right. Success is not manifested only with money but also in being a better person, company, or co-worker every day; it’s simple! Something that has marked us is the perseverance and the faith by which the project was opened.
