Today we’d like to introduce you to Ralph Burch
Hi Ralph, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
After serving 6 years in the military I had used my GI bill to get a degree in nursing. I worked at a Trauma unit in Bay County Florida for about a year and realized I needed to be somewhere else. I had spent to much time around situations where immediate decisions could mean the difference between life and death. I decided to get into air conditioning. I went through HVAC school and worked in Panama City FL, Where I worked for AAA air conditioning working my way up the ranks as a technician. I was then hired as the Service manager at Miami Ice Machine Company in Miami FL, From there I ended up moving to Orlando after 8 years and worked for Pro Air Mechanical for 10 years. I worked my way from a tech position to being their Director of Business Development. I helped them double their revenue with in 3 years. I realized through this that my philosophy of building real relationships with the customers was where growth comes from. To many companies out there are trying to hit a home run on every play instead of truly getting to know your customer what they need and how best to support them and their needs. I came to the conclusion that if I can do this for them I could do this for me. I began putting everything in place and started in June this year. Since June My team and I have developed and nurtured enough business to have 6 trucks on the road and operating full time. I am very excited for Filter Nation Plus. We are a Family, everyone here is valued for more than just their professional skills. My team has built solid relationships with our customers and we do our best to make them the most important part of what we do.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
There has always been difficulties in anything we do ing life but i believe that when a wall gets in the way we dont stop we go over, under or around. In life there are always people or situations that we have to deal with but I have found that when a situation comes up the best thing to do is face it head on immediately and get past it.

Fiter Nation Plus is developed on a new concept in the HVAC industry. We have developed a family that works together to help each other and our customers. We view customers as part of the family and do everything we can to help them. We aren’t out to make a quick buck but rather develop a true long-term relationship with our customers. We know that a business or restaurant needs their equipment operational so they can provide their services. Our goal is to make it where when a manger comes in and see there is an issue. They can call us and go about what they are there to do with full trust we will get it resolved as quickly, efficiently, and cost effectively.
