Born in Costa Rica, Sharon Zuniga immigrated to the United States with her parents when she was just five months old. She grew up in Northern Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C., where she learned the values of hard work, faith, and perseverance from her family’s example.
In 2014, Sharon relocated to Orlando, a city she proudly calls home. Over the years, she has built a life centered around service, growth, and community impact. She currently helps individuals and families achieve their dream of homeownership in Central Florida, serves as a notary, and is on the path to becoming an attorney. Sharon is passionate about empowering others through real estate, legal education, and integrity-driven service.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Sharon finds joy in staying active, working out, running, and serving her community. Her journey—from humble beginnings to building a purpose-driven life in Orlando—is a reflection of her resilience, gratitude, and commitment to making a difference wherever she goes.

Sharon’s journey has been deeply rewarding but far from easy. As the daughter of immigrant parents, she learned early on the importance of perseverance and faith through uncertainty. Balancing multiple responsibilities—working, studying, and pursuing higher education—often meant early mornings, long days and late nights. There were moments of doubt, financial strain, and the constant pressure to keep moving forward despite obstacles.
Relocating to Orlando and building a new life from the ground up also came with its challenges. Sharon had to find her footing in a new city, establish her professional network, and create opportunities through hard work and determination. Yet, every setback became a lesson, strengthening her resilience and deepening her sense of purpose.
Through it all, Sharon remained grounded in her faith and driven by her desire to help others. What once felt like roadblocks became stepping stones, shaping her into the strong, compassionate, and disciplined woman she is today.

Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
One of Sharon’s favorite childhood memories is when her extended family would travel from Costa Rica to spend the winters with her family in Northern Virginia. Those seasons were filled with laughter, warmth, and a sense of togetherness that she still cherishes today. She fondly remembers sliding on the snow with her cousins and exploring the many museums that showcased American history — experiences that not only brought joy but also deepened her appreciation for both her roots and the country her family came to call home.
