Hi Stephanie, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
Hello Hello! As you know my name is Stephanie. I have been living in Orlando for 8 years now since we moved from Puerto Rico where I was born and raised. I’m a mom, wife and business owner since 2020, when my first business launched. Love been around with my family discovering new places to have a good time, eat and drink, we are total foodies!
SheLovesBordeaux started last year as a wine blog, sharing information and recommendations daily on social media. I have been wine enthusiast for couple of years now, and little by little my friends, family, and followers started asking for wine recommendations and food pairings. That was the moment I knew that being a wine consultant was the path I wanted to pursuit. With all that about wine, of course, you need cheese pairings and good food to enhance that experience, so I started experimenting at home, doing research an actually educating myself on it. Early on the year, this past January, we went to Napa Valley in California, and that was the click for me and what it push me to finally make the big decision of starting my Grazing and Charcuterie business. SheLovesBordeaux & Co. officially started operating on August 7th, 2022, and I have been more than blessed that in such a short time have worked with brands such as Creed Fragrances, Le Labo Fragrances and Bloomingdale’s, to name a few, and of course, I have the best customers of all!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Smooth road? What is that?! Lol! Been an entrepreneur and business owner is not a smooth road. I would say that is a challenge running your own business and having a full-time job for now, but I’m grateful for having a great family support system and that makes everything better and definitely smooth.

SLB&Co. is known for our carefully curated grazing boards and boxes. We are specialized on hosting corporate events and brand trainings. What set us apart from others is, first the connection that we create with our clients and second the quality of the products we use. I have to say that I’m proud and blessed of the fact that we have been able to work with well known brands since the beginning.
Besides corporate events and brands, we work for special events such as weddings, picnics, and even single boxes/boards to treat yourself. We do wine consultations for the perfect pairing to your grazing and charcuterie and charcuterie workshops.
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I must say that luck hasn’t had a role in my life or my business. I believe that what you get in life and how your business succeed or fail depends on how hard you work for it and how you see the things that happens to you, it’s all about perspective.
Like I said, have been more than blessed of having an amazing family support system and to have health to be able to wake up every day to work hard to make our business grow and make it happen.
