Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I launched my chiropractic office during the COVID-19 pandemic in October of 2020. With encouragement from my uncle, a chiropractor who recognized my long-standing passion for natural, non-invasive care, I committed to helping people heal without drugs or surgery.”
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Like many healthcare entrepreneurs during the pandemic, I faced several challenges. Patient volume dropped sharply due to lockdowns and public fear, while overhead costs remained constant. There were also added expenses for PPE and sanitization, along with constantly changing health regulations that required operational flexibility. Building trust and communicating safety to patients became essential, as did adapting to new methods of care, such as telehealth or staggered appointments. Despite these challenges, the experience sharpened my problem-solving skills and deepened my commitment to patient-centered care.”
