Hi Tiffany, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I always knew that I wanted to work a career that was focused on helping people, I started off as a Social Worker, working with mostly women, empowering them by providing them tools and resources to improve their quality of life in every way. It has been my life’s passion. I have been coaching and counseling women over 15 years now.
Ironically, I ended up being in romantic relationships that were toxic and abusive. These relationships were so traumatic and I found myself going in the same cycle that I have helped countless women break free from and was so ashamed. What was meant to be my breaking point, became the atmosphere for breakthrough that I needed! Throughout my healing journey, I became the freest and best version of myself.
Both my professional and personal journey made me into the Resilience & Growth Expert I am today. Now I am an International Speaker, Life Coach and Author. My mission is to transform lives by empowering women to exchange their pain for purpose, radiate confidence, grow and thrive in every area of their lives. Not only am I dedicated but I am truly passionate about it! I am Here to Empower!
I possess a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, am state-certified in Behavioral Health, and a Qualified Mental Health Professional. I am the Founder of Here to Empower Enterprises and a nonprofit organization, Whole H.E.A.R.T. Foundation, INC., which provides restorative services to women and preventative services to adolescent girls. Since its inception, we have impacted over 3.000 women.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
One major struggle that I endured was Imposter Syndrome. Regardless of my years of experience, my education and passion for helping women thrive, I still did not believe that I was qualified and worthy enough to do so. This is a limiting belief and so many of us allow these beliefs to hinder us from moving forward. I discuss this in detail in my book, “This is Freedom! From Bondage to Breakthrough: A Guide to True Freedom.
“I remember looking into the audience and thinking wow! To God be the glory. He used me because He knew I was capable of executing the vision. You aren’t passionate about that idea or thing for no reason. It is usually somehow aligned with your purpose. Everything you need to bring it to fruition is already inside of you. I urge you to TAKE THE LIMITS OFF! Break free of the self-fulfilling prophecies that state you aren’t good enough. Limitations that we place upon ourselves can change the trajectory of our lives if we allow them to. It is God’s will for you to succeed and to prosper. You owe it to yourself to walk in your divine purpose and to bring the vision into fruition. Walk until you can run into your destiny. Even if you’re walking scared, you’re still moving forward, removing the limits with each step.”

Many coaches offer motivation, but I provide real strategy, mindset shifts, and accountability that empower my clients to make bold moves toward the life they desire. I don’t believe in surface-level inspiration—I focus on helping women rebuild their confidence, refine their voice, and elevate their lives holistically.
