Today we’d like to introduce you to the Orlandos Finest Picnics. 

Hi Tina & Taylor, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My daughter, Taylor, brought up the idea of doing luxury picnics during the pandemic. She is a full-time college student who has multiple heart conditions: making a covid-friendly small business, the perfect match for us. We spent weeks collecting inventory and researching on what we wanted to provide for our clients. Every picnic needed to be different, unique, and memorable. We launched our picnic company by collaborating with TikTok influencers. Before we knew it, our website and social media platforms were growing rapidly. Never did we imagine the beautiful company Orlandos Finest Picnics has grown into. With being a mom and daughter duo, we pour our love into every single setup. Today, we are able to curate picnics for every occasion and watch as our clients fall in love with every moment. 

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
While our picnic business has been a positive impact on our lives, we have run into some difficulties along the way. With being a fairly new business, we have learned many things that allow us to revisit concepts we were working within the beginning. Our picnic themes, tables, decor: elements of our business that we are always trying to change into what we are going to be the most proud/confident in putting out for our clients. We want to be just as in love with our setups as our customers are, meaning that sometimes certain things don’t work; all part of learning more about the picnic community and what works for as a duo!

We are a mother and daughter duo who runs Orlandos Finest Picnics. We are a luxury picnic company providing picnics for Orlando locals/travelers. We specialize in providing luxury picnics for any occasion with various themes including Bohemian, Simply Neutral, Perfectly Pink, Farmhouse, Marry Me, and Feelin Peachy. We love creating joy and memories for others. Working with local creators and small businesses is what we love about the Orlando community! We are partnered with two local small businesses who are both woman-owned and have shown nothing but support along our journey. Orlandos Finest Picnics also provides picnic services as a “house-warming/closing gift.” We can provide our picnics in-house or at a park of their choice. Customizable picnic baskets or any aspect of the picnic can be changed for the client! None of our picnics are the same, rushed, or not created with any ounce of love. 

What matters most to you? Why?
We hope to spread joy and help others create memories in the safest way possible. With the majority of our picnics being outdoors, we hope to inspire others to sit, relax, and take a look at the beautiful world around them. We like to think of our picnics as a technology-free zone. Our picnics have been a part of so many wonderful moments (birthdays, anniversaries, engagements), we only hope to provide the best of the best for our picnic family! 

Pricing:

• $150 for a two-person two-hour picnic. $20 for each additional person after two.
