Today we’d like to introduce you to Tricia Karina.
Hi Tricia, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My name is Tricia Karina, and I am the owner of Noble House Staging and Design based in Orlando, FL and I provide luxury kitchen and bath services.
I actually got into remodeling kitchens and baths by sheer accident. I already had my staging business and was looking for a company to help me remodel my home. After seeing more than 10 companies who couldn’t materialize what I wanted, I started a three-year journey into learning kitchen and bath designing and found my true passion along the way!
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
I started the remodeling part of my business in the last quarter of 2019. When COVID-19 began in early 2020, it definitely brought its challenges with product and shipping delays, working around curfew, and most importantly, keeping a solid team together to avoid installation delays. Thankfully we were able to push through and meet all of our timelines with minimal interference.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Noble House Staging & Design?
I am a proud member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association and a Certified Living in Place Professional (CLIPP) where, as a Health and Wellness Designer, my focus is designing with the intent to stay in one’s home for as long as it is safe to do so. My goal is functionality, safety, and organization on all of my projects.
My design services is personalized to each of my clients and their lifestyle. I design, order, and project manage through installation. I offer a flat rate design fee that clients appreciate as they always know what their set price is, and it is calculated based on the size of the space, scope of work, and an average of how many hours to complete.
How do you define success?
I was recently recognized by the Home Staging Resource for their Best of the Best Award April 2022 for an outstanding kitchen design. I would say being recognized by my peers definitely defines success for me, together with being able to do what I love every day. I haven’t worked a day yet!
