Hi Valery, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My story really starts with a value I’ve always held close: quality time. It’s actually my love language, and looking back, it explains almost every career move I’ve made.
I’m originally from Ukraine, and that’s where it all began. I was running outdoor escape rooms for kids and teenagers — building in teamwork, camaraderie, and genuine face-to-face connection. Watching strangers become a team over the course of an afternoon, watching kids light up when they solved something together — that’s when I realized I wasn’t just running games, I was creating moments that stuck with people.
From there, I moved into wedding planning, and I fell in love with it. It’s an incredibly stressful job — the responsibility of someone’s most important day weighs on you — but seeing it all come together made every bit of that stress worth it. Weddings taught me how much detail and care goes into making a single day unforgettable.
I kept working in events from there: team games for kids, corporate team-building, the full range. Then one day I was scrolling Pinterest and the idea hit me — a glitter bar. I thought, why not? I added it into the mix almost as an experiment, and it took off in a way I didn’t expect. Within less than a year, I made the decision to go all in, and that’s how Oh My Eve! was born — a business focused entirely on glitter bars.
But if you ask me what Oh My Eve! is really about, it’s not the glitter. It’s everything I learned along the way — bringing people together, creating memories that last, and celebrating life in the moments that matter most
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Smooth road? Honestly, I don’t think that exists in any business.
If I had to name the struggle I face the most, it’s doing everything on my own. Right now, I’m wearing every hat — bookings, setup, sourcing, social media, you name it. It’s a lot. But at the same time, I genuinely enjoy that stage, because it means I’m involved in every single process. It feels like raising my own baby — watching it grow, knowing every detail of how it came to be.
That said, I’d love for that to evolve. Down the road, my goal is to build a strong, reliable team around me — people I trust to carry the same care and quality I put into every event. For now, though, I’m just excited to see where this next chapter takes me.

Oh My Eve! brings a touch of sparkle to any event or celebration. We’re fun for all ages and for any occasion — birthdays, weddings, corporate events, you name it.
At the core of what we do is an interactive glitter bar, set up right at your event, where guests can get a little sparkle on themselves: glitter tattoos, face gems, flash tattoos, party hair — whatever fits the vibe of the celebration. Guests don’t just watch, they get to participate, which is what makes it such a memorable experience.
What I think really sets us apart is our customized tattoos. We can design something completely unique to your celebration — imagine your guests walking around your birthday party wearing tiny tattoos of your baby photo. It’s playful, personal, and it always becomes the thing people talk about long after the party’s over.
That’s probably what I’m most proud of as a brand: we’re not just adding decoration to an event, we’re creating a genuine memory. And we handle every part of it — full setup included — so hosts get a completely stress-free experience. You don’t have to manage anything on the day. You just get to enjoy your own party.
If there’s one thing I want readers to take away, it’s this: Oh My Eve! isn’t about glitter for the sake of glitter. It’s about giving people a reason to laugh, connect, and remember the celebration for years to come
What’s next?
We’re still in our early days — Oh My Eve! is just taking its first steps. So far, we’ve collaborated with wellness events and pop-up shops, and put together some genuinely amazing parties along the way. And I know this is just the beginning.
Looking ahead, I’m dreaming big. I’d love to be part of larger-scale events someday — maybe even celebrity parties. Yes, I said it! There’s no harm in dreaming big, right?
Beyond that, I can see Oh My Eve! eventually expanding beyond glitter bars into full party planning. It would bring things full circle for me, honestly, since that’s where my events background started. But for now, I’m focused on growing what we do best and building a name people trust for bringing sparkle and joy to their celebrations. We’ll see where it takes us.
